At times I will play chasing game with the children in the playground. This particular girl will sometimes tapped on my back and asked me to chase her. Then she will chase me back. It is fun and satisfied when you see their happy smile on their face!
This morning, I called her, “Hi! Little tiger!”, because she has been saying that she’s a tiger for the past few days. “No! Lion! I’m lion!”, she told me seriously.  “Alright, lion! How are you?”, I said. She smiled showing her white teeth!
During playtime in the playground, I pretended to be tiger and roared! She started running and screaming! “Tiger is coming!”, I roared! She turned to me and said, “Lion!”. We stopped. I asked her, “Who is the lion?”.
She pointed at me, “You are mama lion! I am baby lion!”. Once she finished the sentence, she ran again leaving me behind laughing with her innocent phrase!
Another incident that I like to share with all of you. I was guiding the same girl to trace dotted lines on a piece of paper this early morning. I was just squatting beside her chair so that I have the same level as hers. Suddenly, she turned to me and kissed me on my left cheek. “Sweet!”, she said. I paused for her sudden reaction and really felt sweet for the entire day! Don’t you love them? I do!
